If you can learn to decode your negative thinking, that type of thinking that makes you think the worst case scenario, that makes you think good things don’t happen to people like you, that tells you you’re simply not good enough…..
If you can work hard to retrain your thought patterns so that if an ugly thought pops in you can bat it away, thoughts of love for yourself, belief in yourself and thoughts that treat you with respect then that is happiness!
You can have fancy cars, great job, fabulous friends and dream house but if you don’t have the thought behaviours above then you 💯 won’t have happiness. And if you’re chasing a dream to make you happy then you’ve already failed. Chose happiness first and you will not only succeed but you’ll be happy for the whole journey.
