MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK

If you were to ask yourself how many of your stressful/ anxious thoughts were based on fact or how many are your mind working over time where would the percentage lie?

Our thoughts are what keep us stuck never our circumstances. How many times have you heard of incredible success stories where they overcame many hurdles to get where they wanted to be? This is because those individuals chose to not live in the past of their circumstance but they believed better things were available for them and went out to achieve them. All the good things you have in your life right now came because you didn’t have any barriers to achieving them

Do you want/ crave any of the following:
Loving caring relationship
Promotion at work/ different career
Improve the success in you own Business
To loose weight
Supportive friendships
Confidence to feel good about yourself as you are right now
Those that you want, do you truly believe that you desrve to have / can achieve / believe its possible? If the answer is no then your actions will support those beliefs meaning you’ll always stop yourself achieving them

Our mind is incredibly powerful and we tend to listen when it talks rubbish. My BHAPPY project will change your self talk, turn around the negative beliefs you have about yourself and what you can achieve.
