It is possible

It’s coming to that time of year, frosty blue skies, darker nights but best of all winter knits, fluffy scarves and long pretty coats
My depression used to always kick in around November and I used the dread the darker nights and short winter days coming as I knew what else was bound to come. It’s been over 15 years since I suffered from depression and I genuinely have life coaching to thank for that.
