How to improve happiness levels

What have you tried so far to improve you happiness levels?
 Have you read self help books?
Have you had counselling/ CBT?
Have you tried to buy your happiness with “stuff”
Have you looked for happiness in others?

Now I know YOU know this….. “Happiness has to come from with in” however you have to understand how to make that happen for you.
