About The Retreat

The 2-day retreat is split into two parts – unlocking your current state and moving forwards mindfully. The content is presented via a mix of workshops, talks and practical work, designed to engage you and get you feeling focused and inspired. My aim is to help you to start thinking about the big possibilities that exist for you, whilst unlocking what has been holding you back.

The process uses a number of methods and modalities to support you, including NLP, CBT, mindfulness, Acceptance and commitment therapies. These are all tried and tested techniques which I use with my private coaching clients.

You will be part of a small group of people, this will create an intimate environment so that you receive the support you need as much as possible over the two days. Confidentiality is assured and you can share as much or as little as you want to during the retreat.

As we are all at different stages in our lives and process this type of information differently, it is important to note that your experience and outcome will be personal to you and I encourage you to participate at a pace which feels comfortable.

The Retreat Process

Everyone’s stressors and anxieties are different and on day 1 we will dig deep to uncover what is holding you back and how this is affected by triggers and your patterns of learned behaviour.

We will look at moving past the blocks that keep you feeling stuck and where they manifest from. This will create the foundations for our work on day 2.

Once we have completed the practical element of the day, you will have the opportunity to enjoy time in the spa with a 45-minute ESPA treatment and access to the luxury facilities. This will give you time and space to reflect on your first day and process what you have learnt so far.

During day 2, our aim is to put in place the tools and coping mechanisms which will help you to move forward with confidence. You will unlock what it is you actually want from your life, what is true to you and also your values.

You will leave with realistic goals to work towards and a plan to support you.
